To initiate a return, please contact us using this link. Fill in your contact details, your order no., select request type as 'Returns' and select the reason for return. In the message section mention any other details you may want to add. Our team will get back to you within 24-hours with further instructions on returning the products.
Partial returns are allowed unless products are sold as sets (for eg. 2 for 1).
Only one return request per order is allowed but this request can contain multiple products.
Different return policy applies for orders placed during Promotional Events (see below) and Exchange orders.

Custom Size Orders: Orders that are custom stitched to measure are not eligible for return. In case you receive a damaged product, it will be exchanged for free. Non-deliverability (Return To Origin): Undelivered orders will be considered cancelled and refund will be provided in form of gift card only.
Promotional Events: Products purchased during a Sale or Promotional Events such as Seasonal Sale, Midnight Sale, End-of-Season Sale, Stock Clearance Sale etc or using special promo codes may not be eligible for return or exchange. During such events please read the Return/Exchange conditions mentioned on the Product page before placing the order.
Returning Exchanged Items: Products that have already been exchanged once can be returned, however shipping charges of INR 150/- will be deducted from the refund amount.
Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled only before shipment. If you cancel the order after it has already been shipped, it will be treated as a return and conditions of Return would apply.
To request order cancellation, please fill this form. Fill in your contact details, your order no., select request type as 'Cancellation' and select the reason for Cancellation. Our team will get back to you within 24-hours with further instructions on processing refunds.
Refunds: Refunds will be initiated within 48-hours of approval of return or cancellation requests. Refunds will be made only via the same mode that was used while placing the order or through store gift-card. Once initiated, it may take up to 30-days for the payment gateway and your bank to credit the amount. In case of return of exchanged products, shipping charges of upto INR 100 per item may be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
Promotional Events: In case of promotional events such as Seasonal Sale, Midnight Sale, End-of-Season Sale, Stock Clearance Sale etc, refunds may be made after deducting shipping charges from the refundable amount as per terms of the promotion - it will be clearly mentioned on the product detail page. Further, the refund may be made only through store gift-cards as per the terms of the promotional event. Please read refund and cancellation terms on the individual product pages.
Disputes: Mode De Base Italie reserves the right to refuse refunds or exchanges in situations including but not limited to
returned products do not comply with the conditions of return/exchange (read section titled 'Returns & Exchanges'
returned products are damaged but the packaging is intact
returned products are different from those mentioned in the return/exchange request
foul play suspected by the customer
Customers are requested to settle disputes through their bank or payment wallet provider.
