Returns
We offer FREE RETURNS for up to 7 days from the date of delivery, provided the products are returned:
In an unused and unworn condition
With original packaging intact
With all labels and tags attached
Along with all accessories and complimentary items
Without any damage, stains, or wear and tear

Important Notes
Partial returns are allowed unless products are sold as sets (e.g. Buy 2 Get 1).
Only one return request per order is permitted, though it may include multiple products.
Different return policies may apply during Promotional Events and for exchanged products.
For damaged items, we may request product images before approving the return. Requests may be declined if the damage appears deliberate.
Exchange
We offer FREE EXCHANGE for up to 7 days from delivery, subject to all return conditions mentioned above.
The requested exchange product must:
Be available in stock
Be priced equal to or higher than the exchanged product

Custom Size Orders
Custom stitched or made-to-measure orders are not eligible for return.
If you receive a damaged product, we will provide a free exchange. We may request images of the damaged product before approving the exchange request.

Non-Deliverability (Return To Origin)
Orders that remain undelivered and are returned to origin will be considered cancelled.
Refunds for such orders will be issued in the form of a store gift card only.

may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Returning Exchanged Items
Products that have already been exchanged once may still be returned.
However, shipping charges of INR 150 will be deducted from the refund amount.
Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before shipment.
If the order has already been shipped, the cancellation will be treated as a return and standard return conditions will apply.

Refunds
Refunds are initiated within 48 hours after approval of return or cancellation requests.
Refunds will be processed through:

Store gift card
Once initiated, the amount may take up to 30 days to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider.
Additional Notes
For returns of exchanged products, shipping charges of up to INR 100 per item may be deducted from the refundable amount.

Disputes
Mode De Base Italie reserves the right to refuse returns, exchanges, or refunds in situations including but not limited to:

Returned products not complying with return or exchange conditions

Returned products being damaged while packaging remains intact

Returned items differing from the products mentioned in the request

Suspected misuse or foul play
Customers are requested to settle disputes through their bank or payment wallet provider where applicable.
