Shipping Policy

Shipment: 

We ship most of our orders within 12 hours of payment confirmation. As soon as your order is dispatched, we will E-mail & SMS you the shipment confirmation along with the shipment tracking details. In the rare case that you do not receive the shipment confirmation, please contact us by filling up the form at the bottom of this page.

Delivery: 

We offer FREE standard delivery of our orders above INR 999. Below that, we charge a nominal shipping fee of INR 50.  Our network of courier partners deliver to most pin codes across India and depending on your location, your order could reach you between 5 to 7 business days from the date of shipment. We also offer express delivery at a flat fee of INR 100, wherein your order reaches you within 2-4 days.

Return Shipping: 

To ensure a hassle-free return experience our courier partners  pick up the return product from the address of your choice.

Promotional Events: 

During promotional events such as Seasonal Sale, Midnight Sale, End-of-Season Sale, Stock Clearance Sale etc the shipment & delivery timelines will be greater than usual. Please expect your orders to take up to 10 days to be delivered.
